Welcome to Black Atlas Tattoo! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and studio. By accessing or using our website or booking services with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Black Atlas provides professional tattoo services. All clients must be 18 years or older with a valid government-issued ID. Booking an appointment requires a non-refundable deposit, which is applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable. To reschedule an appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a forfeited deposit.

3. Health & Safety

We adhere to all Illinois and Chicago health regulations. Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before the tattoo procedure.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and artwork, is the property of Black Atlas or its respective creators. You may not reproduce or use our materials without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Black Atlas is not liable for any allergic reaction, infection, or unforeseen result from the tattoo procedure if proper aftercare instructions are not followed.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
